What To Do For Verterbrae Compressions

finished sewing the ingot 91, the E-2 . I did it with the technique of rotary cutter and application. First
prepared the two leaves which would apply in the middle of the block.
generous cut a fabric square base and applied the first leaf there.

then applied the second leaf so that is shaped like an X with both. A good idea is to mark the position of the leaves in white cloth before applying.

When they applied the two, white table cloth to fit 4 "x 4"

cut a strip of 4 "x 2.5" brown and two strips 1 "x 2.5". I sewed the two white stripes on both sides of the dark strip.
Iron seams toward dark fabric and breaks the "new web" in two strips 5 "x 1"
cut two strips 1 "x 4" in black cloth and sewed on both sides of the square with the application.
Finally I sewed the two split units 1 "x 5" to the result of previous step.
